Wine Inspired By: The Headless Horseman

Perhaps best known for galloping through the Magic Kingdom during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, the lore of The Headless Horseman goes back much further. He made his first appearance Washington Irving's book "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" in 1820. More than 100 years later, this tale was animated as part of the 1949 animated film "The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad." And what does a Headless Horseman decompress with after a long night of frights? A full-bodied and intense red wine with no fussiness. While it is a bold red, there is no reason to lose your head over it (does not apply to those who have already lost their heads). 🎃
